What would happen if they don’t remove the snow? Sapporo in Japan is one of a few metropolitan cities in the world that has a very high snow fall.
Living With Snow was produced in 2 weeks with a simple digital camera. I edited the footage without knowing the exact meaning of the conversations between the local people, therefore encouraging the audience to consider questions that haven’t been answered.
The movie was made during the Sapporo Snow Festival 2009, as part of an artist-in-residence program at S-AIR, Sapporo, Japan.
